How much will it cost?

We have a range of machines available to suit every office or mailroom. The cost will vary depending on which machine you opt for. You can purchase your machine outright or we can offer leasing options over 3,5 or 6 years terms.

What additional costs should I expect?

• Annual maintenance: this is a compulsary charge. Royal Mail insist that your machine is checked by an authorised agent to ensure that it has not been tampered with. This also ensures that your machine functions well and maximises its life. The charge depends on the machine that you have. We will happily quote for this and I am sure you will find our service and charges very competitive.

• Slogan Plate: 1st one FOC when your purchase your machine from us. Other suppliers are charging approx. £120.00 each.

• Rate Changes: Depending on the machine that your opt for, there is a charge for updating the machine if the postal rates change. This could be either a charge of £75 per change or £115.00 annual charge regardless of how many rates changes there are in that 12 month period.

• Adding credit to your machine: Depending on what machine you have, there is a charge for adding postal credit to your machine. Pitney Bowes currently charge £5 and Neopost have a premium rate telephone number costing £1.50 per minute. WE GIVE YOU A LOCAL RATE TELEPHONE NUMBER

The additional benefits of buying your machine from Frank-IT:

• We will never over-sell and pride ourselves on ensuring that you have the right equipment for your needs.

• We will install the machine for you and sure that you know how to use it.

• As part of your maintenance contract, we will visit you at least once per year. We offer full telephone support and if you are experiencing a problem, we will get an engineer to your as soon as possible.

• YOU WILL OWN YOUR MACHINE AT THE END OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT.

• Our consumables are considerably cheaper that that of other machine suppliers and our engineers support the use of them.

• We will continue to maintin your machine at the end of your lease agreement, for the compulsary annual charge.
