All products supplied under the Frank-It Re-Post brand are guaranteed to be free from defect and are produced to match the original manufacturers’ product performance, both in print quality and number of impressions.
 
In the event that a Frank-It Re-Post product is found to be defective, it will be replaced or credited against your account at the full price paid, subject to adherence to the Procedure for Product Return (see below).
 
It is also guaranteed that, subject to the conditions detailed below and normal use of the cartridge, it will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any franking machine in which it has been designed to be used.
 
In the unlikely event that a Frank-It Re-Post cartridge is proven to be the root cause of a postage meter failure, Frank-It will arrange for the repair of the printer at their cost or refund the full cost of the repair, subject to the procedure detailed below.
 
This guarantee covers all Frank-It Re-Post products for a period of one year, from the date of purchase.
 
This guarantee is dependent on the client providing a written engineer’s report from a reputable postage meter maintenance company, to support the claim against the cartridge.
 
In addition, we would require an official letter from the maintenance company, detailing the exact nature of the damage caused, along with a full costing schedule for the repair.
 
The product relating to the original fault - and any parts replaced – must also be made available for inspection by the cartridge manufacturer prior to any final settlement.
 
Procedure for Product Return
 
Details of the problem related to a cartridge fault should be communicated directly to your dealer representative, who will process the return.
 
Sample impressions should also be taken and enclosed with the cartridge for return.
